Try to purchase locally and Pieratts is where I purchased all my appliances when I built my home. They service what they sell which is a rarity anymore. Salesman was knowledgeable and nice. The delivery guys were exceptional. They took their time, were careful, were friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. So used to minimal effort from delivery drivers so someone who acted otherwise was much appreciated. Definitely would recommend Pieratts and should note that their pricing was identical to all the big box stores.

We needed a new washer and dryer for the home we recently bought. Pieratt’s was our first and only choice because we always prefer to deal with local businesses. We visited the Mt. Tabor store and met with Gary Oliver who was most helpful with picking the right set up for our home, being thorough in demonstrating the features of the model we selected.

We recently purchased a new fridge, washer, and dryer from Pieratt’s and had a great experience. Our salesman, Michael R., was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Unlike at the big box stores, we never felt pressured to go beyond our budget or change our minds once we had made a decision. It was clear that he wanted to help us find the right appliances for our needs. Also, the delivery team was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and had our appliances delivered within a week of purchase. We couldn't be happier with our new appliances and the service we received. We highly recommend working with Michael at Pieratt’s to anyone in the market for new appliances.

Pieratt’s did a fantastic job! When our old washer died, the sales department was extremely helpful and efficient in finding the right replacement. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day, and they showed up as promised and installed the new washer in record time. Super pleased!!

It as about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving when my double ovens quit working. It was a big problem because I had plans to serve my family Thanksgiving dinner. That same day I drove to Pieratt’s (Mt Tabor Rd Lexington, KY) & once in the store, was met by Gary Oliver. I explained to him what had happened & what I was needing. I had previously purchased an LG washing machine, Frigidaire refrigerator & dishwasher from the store & was hoping to purchase a matching Frigidaire double oven. Also, the appliance would need to be able to hopefully fit into my existing kitchen cabinetry. Mr. Oliver, made a phone call to check inventory & a possible delivery date… & just like that, he had a very happy customer sitting across the desk from him! My new Frigidaire double oven was delivered by 2 very capable individuals, the old appliance removed, the new one put in its place & fitting perfectly in the cabinetry. I do thank Mr. Oliver (& the Pieratt’s team) for doing all he/they did to make all this happen so seamlessly! I am a Pieratt’s customer & have no plans to ever shop anywhere else for my appliances.

I bought a double oven on Black Friday. We picked it up from the warehouse ourselves and brought it home. When we unboxed it, there were several drips of silicone on the control panel. I couldn’t easily get them off. I called them the next day. The manager requested pictures sent through email for proof. I sent him 4 pictures. He said he would call me back. I didn’t hear anything back. I picked at them and eventually I was able to remove them without damaging the surface. Then after using my stove to cook a big Christmas meal, we noticed the hot cooktop light wasn’t functioning correctly and the two front burners weren’t cycling on/off as they are designed to. Once again called service. They came out and while fixing a loose connection the whole control panel completely blew out. Nothing works on it now. They have ordered the parts and will schedule a time to come fix it. We decided this is unacceptable for a brand new stove and who knows what will break next. We've requested to have our money refunded and returning the stove. They have denied our request.
